For our film, we carefully chose the best location and decided to use my house. We had several discussions about where to film, considering everyone's living situation. Since we all attend Fort Lauderdale High School, we wanted a location that was close to the school. This would make it easier for everyone to get there on time and avoid long travel times.

At first, we ruled out my house because Nijah lives in Hollywood, which is farther from the school. Then, we considered using Natalie or Janiah’s houses. However, Natalie lives in Plantation, and Janiah lives in Pompano. Both of these locations would have been inconvenient for our group. Because of this, we had to eliminate those options.

After ruling out other locations, we looked at my house again. It was the closest to the school, making it the most practical choice. My family was also very accommodating and didn’t mind us filming there. This made the decision even easier because we wouldn’t have to worry about restrictions. Everyone agreed that my house was the best option for our project.

Filming at my house also gave us the right space and environment for our scenes. The layout worked well with our film’s storyline. We didn’t have to make major changes to the setting, which saved us time. The decision process took a while, but in the end, it was worth it.

Since the location was convenient, we were able to stay on schedule. We didn’t have to waste time traveling long distances. Filming at my house also made everyone feel more comfortable and relaxed. The familiar environment helped us focus on our acting and production. It also made the experience more enjoyable and less stressful.

In the end, choosing my house was the best decision for our film. It showed how teamwork and open communication can lead to great results. With the location settled, we could focus on the creative aspects of filming. We were able to film quickly and efficiently. The entire process ran smoothly, and we were happy with the outcome.

Reviewer #1 The first reviewer praised the foreshadowing at the start of the sequence, when the kidnapper is visible in the distance behind Jasmine. She also enjoyed the scenario with the empty swing, which led to the kidnapping. However, she admitted that she didn't really get the concept of Jasmine's revenge in the last scene. I believe this is due to our decision not to have Imani hold a knife in that scenario for safety reasons. I don't think we'll solve it, but we'll compensate with voiceover.  Reviewer #2 The second reviewer said they enjoyed the entire movie. They did not suggest any specific improvements.  Hi! For our music video, we needed to create a plan which is why we created a story board. In scene 1, we will be recorded from the backseat… so you’ll be able to see the back of the driver and passengers head, singing the song two seater by Tyler the creator at 3:47. At that time the song goes “can you roll my window up”. In scene 2, at 3:53 they’re still arguing about the window being down and she says “because it’s windy” etc. still recorded from the same angle. In scene 3, then at 3:59 of the song he says “but I love when your hair blows” and the video will be shot from her passenger seat window. She’s smiling as they ride down the road. In scene 4, 4:05 it shows the same thing… her smiling and staring out of the window but it will be from a different angle. In scene 5, the group (Nijah, Callie, Imani) will be playing at the park while Adrian (Camera Man) records us. There will be no dialogue here only the song playing in the background.  Hi! I am done with the first project and it's time for the next. I really did enjoy the first one and it was fun. To introduce myself again, my name is Callie Brown. I am a junior at Fort Lauderdale High School in the Cambridge program. I love hanging out with friends and going to Barnes and Noble. Barnes and Noble is one of my favorite places because I work better in workspaces. I love hanging out with friends because it is a way to destress after doing lots of schoolwork. I took Aice media studies because I love movies. Watching movies is one of my favorite hobbies, and Jordan Peele is my favorite director. My favorite film distributor is A24 because my favorite movies are from them, such as Waves, Moonlight, and Mid90s.
